The Head-To-Toe Healing Academy is designed to take students from foundational principles to professional certification. Through five comprehensive semesters, students will learn Dr. Kevin Reese's Head-To-Toe Healing method while developing the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to educate and guide others using this unique approach to health.
Semester One focuses on the structural component of the Head-To-Toe Healing method. Students will study anatomy, learn to identify the four major posture conditions, understand how structural misalignments affect the body, interpret P-Rays, perform functional assessments, and create personalized Posture Alignment Therapy (PAT) plans. By the end of the semester, students will understand how to lead PAT classes and apply corrective exercise principles.
Students must successfully pass the Semester One examination before advancing.
Semester Two explores the nutritional side of healing by teaching students how nutrients support every major system of the body. Students will learn about nutritional deficiencies, common healing blockers, supplementation, lab work interpretation, and the role nutrition plays in supporting cardiovascular, endocrine, lymphatic, liver, brain, cellular, and other body systems. Students will also learn how to develop personalized nutrition and supplement recommendations.
Students must successfully pass the Semester Two examination before advancing.
Semester Three focuses on the mental and emotional aspects of health. Students will study the subconscious mind, limiting beliefs, emotional conditioning, and Dr. Reese's process for deprogramming unhealthy thought patterns and developing healthier perspectives. Students will also learn effective communication techniques, the three levels of practice, and strategies for supporting others through their personal growth while exploring topics such as acceptance, purpose, and resilience.
Students must successfully pass the Semester Three examination before advancing.
Semester Four brings everything together by applying the Head-To-Toe Healing method to a wide variety of health conditions. Students will learn the educational framework behind digestive, autoimmune, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, hormonal, neurological, kidney, liver, metabolic, mental, and other common conditions while developing the ability to perform comprehensive Head-To-Toe Healing Analyses.
Students must successfully pass the Semester Four examination before advancing.
Before graduation, each student must demonstrate competency by completing and submitting three full Head-To-Toe Healing Analyses. These practical evaluations allow students to apply everything they have learned throughout the Academy while showcasing their communication skills, critical thinking, and understanding of the Head-To-Toe Healing method.

As a certified graduate, you will earn the right to professionally use the HTTH designation after your name, demonstrating your completion of Dr. Kevin Reese's Head-To-Toe Healing certification program.

Certification is only the beginning. The Business & Operations semester teaches students how to launch and grow a successful Head-To-Toe Healing practice. Topics include legal considerations, qualified health claims, clinic setup, marketing, content creation, sales funnels, client onboarding, business operations, taxes, liability insurance, essential business tools, and strategies for navigating today's healthcare landscape. Students will also learn how to become an affiliate with Dr. Reese's organization and expand their professional opportunities.
Students must achieve a minimum score of 75% to successfully complete the Business & Operations semester.
Coach Shawn is the first certified Head-To-Toe Healer personally trained by Dr. Kevin Reese. After years of studying Dr. Reese's approach to postural alignment, nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle coaching, Coach Shawn now serves as the Director of the Head-To-Toe Healing Academy, where he helps educate and train the next generation of certified Head-To-Toe Healers.
